This facility is very good, but spoilt by length of time checking in despite checking in on line. Chap very slow doing paper/computer work. When you are paying by the hour to have people move your stuff, you end up adding to your bill because they are standing around doing nothing, waiting for paper work to be done. Could be organised better so that the counter service is done by someone who knows the system better, very frustrating when you are in a hurry having to wait so long. Also bit off hand when asking if stuff can be moved in and told not until all paper work is done, this creates bad image.

Was really impressed with the level of customer service - the woman who met with me was really knowledgeable and helpful and the whole experience was good. The premises are clean and very professional.
