The staff were friendly, the storage facility was clean and tidy and the car park had plenty of places free to park in.

The staff member on duty Saturday morning was just so good in steering me through the many layers of paperwork that every one needs to go through these days. very polite and showed me to the unit and explained everything that I needed. If all of your staff are that good, please tell the rest of the world how you do it.
