Very courteous service. Everything was explained very well and we were shown the room in case we needed to change the storage space.

The front desk staff , Kurt and Shak were extremely professional. They took time to explain the procedures for storage in a friendly manner. What impressed us the most, was the flexibility and high customer service that they delivered .

Efficient and helpful right from the beginning of enquiring about storage space. Documents were sent straight away by email and I was registered for storage space straight away. On arriving at the Uxbridge store, Kurt Mahon was extremely helpful in explaining everything.

Well it was down to the colleague who was helping me out when I went in yesterday, I believe his name was Kurt he was very helpful and understanding and cleared all my concerns and worries especially being a first time customer here.
