Great service from the time I made the booking online, to the individual outreach ahead of my move-in, to both employees who helped me on the day.

The team at big yellow Wandsworth was beyond helpful yesterday, when I needed to book a last minute storage space. Needing to use it within a couple of hours.

Communication before arrival was timely, and accommodating. Onsite, Paula Cooksey did an amazing job getting me set up with the appropriate sized unit, talked me through the entry and exit procedure. I was fully aware of what was expected, and she made the whole process of getting my belongings into the storage unit seamless and efficient. Really appreciated Paula being there. She deserves a bonus! Also, the 50% off per week introductory deal was a great plus.
