The staff were all very kind and explained all the details really well, making the experience really smooth. Huma, Abbas and Roland were all great!

Super responsive with emails, accommodating and flexible with changers to my move in date. Once arrived the staff went above and beyond- very helpful, cheery, even offered me coffee. Made the process very easy and pleasant. Great attitude

Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of 2 member of staff that helped me by showing me where my locker is and with the contract but the service was very good from both and they worked together well as a team

Very friendly and useful staff, got me signed in and to an appropriate room super quickly and even stayed a little late on Sunday to help me out!
