Check in was friendly and thorough. Was assured of security and told fully about the process.

This is what I thought you did particularly well: - helped me find a suitably sized unit for my belongings at very short notice. - efficiently showed me the ropes. I had no trouble afterwards finding my way around. - courteously and professionally answered my questions.
