I received a call from a member of the team asking me about my needs and offering me some plans. I was also offered to view the different storages before making any decision. When I went over there, I was received by Paula and she was the friendliest and most professional person and put me at ease and explaining me everything. I felt very happy with all the explanations and the tour I received.
Spoke with Michael who pulled out all the stops to get me a competitive price. Though I had even lower prices, he got as close as he could and explained the benefits and made the process super easy.

Good service - prior to reserving a space, the service was helpful without being overbearing like some other companies. I had used storage companies, including Big Yellow, so didn’t need much advice
