All staff equally helpful and competent, better than previous experiences.

I have had several storage units over the past 25 years - so have dealt with a lot of people - I came in on the off chance for a quotation and met with Michael Schoeman who after a brief chat showed me around Etc and signed me up for a short term rental. Michael was very good and explained all in a professional way and I was pleased to go ahead and sign up there and then. I went online for an initial quote - we were happy to see good competitive prices - to which the online enquiry was followed up with a brilliant call from Michael. Top South African chap! We agreed to pop in to see the physical units and sizes before deciding. We popped into the Wandsworth branch a couple days later. We were met with friendly staff and a really neat and well organised office area. We instantly signed up and started to move our things across the very same day. Everything was explained so very well and the process was seamless.

Ms. Rebekah attended to me when I visited for initial enquiry. She was friendly and professional and took me around to show the rooms and provided me with all the required information. With all the information, I was able to select this site for my storage needs. Mr. Michael Schoeman attended to me when I visited to book-in the storage and while moving my stuff. Michael was very polite and professional and made me feel welcomed. He took me around and explained the procedures in place and security features and followed up with a phone call. I was thinking of Wandsworth Big Yellow storage for my needs primarily for it convenience of location but the customer service made it easy for me to decide on this site. Thanks to this friendly team and hope this will be maintained.

The booking online was easy and went well. However some costs were not mentioned online or not clear enough such as insurance costs, lock, deposit. I ended up paying more than what was announced online and it is not acceptable. That is the only negative comment I have to make.

Shane was so proactive in matching the competition’s quote, once I got to the storage unit he explained it all and was really polite and welcoming.
