Very courteous and helpful staff.

Both Shane and Alfie were great. We changed the move in date a few times but they were always pleasant and understanding. They explained the process very well and were always cheerful when we were talking to them.

Shane was great, he patiently explained guided me on the storage space.

Website very easy to use and helped decision on space needed. Store staff quick to contact me and very helpful when I wished to start storage in advance of my booking date. Very helpful all round.

All very good all round, my fist interaction was Live Chat and was really helpful and I booked it When i went to see the unit the team were really great and let me know that before i move all of my stuff in that i could take a look with the movers, and move if necessary - this was really helpful as this is what happened! When i booked in Shane was very helpful and efficient

Lauren was an absolute legend: she explained everything perfectly, was very friendly and helpful, showed me different storage rooms and as a result, I got the perfect room size for my need, at a very reasonable price. Lauren told me Sylwia, who would be here on the day I move all my stuff to the storage was lovely - and she didn't lie! Sylwia was absolutely adorable, and very helpful.
