The person I spoke to was lovely and helpful, taking time through every question and detail

The only thing that marred an excellent process was the insistence that I had to give a replacement value as if I was buying new in order to fill the insurance form. A lot of my goods were around 41 years old and some of them bought second hand at the time. None of them are currently made so how on earth can I give a proper answer? I had to go home and find out some prices but they are hardly accurate and estimates at best. It is a fairly daft insistence.

Store manager was excellent and went out of this way to make the check-in process easy.

It was all really easy and pleasant, and Alfie at the Wandsworth branch had great customer service skills; he made the move in so easy and helpful!

Incredibly easy. I received a call from Val to follow up on my initial quote and talked me through my options. Once accepted and moving into the storage Paula was incredibly helpful and insightful. Explained the process wonderfully and provided excellent customer service.

Experience was great and they have answered all my question. In particularly, Michael Schoeman was so helpful and he waited for me to arrive stayed after working hours to ensure in satisfied and all my questions were answered
