I have found all the staff to be extremely helpful especially Shane and Anna. Nothing is too much trouble.

I was guided step by step through the whole process, which was made very easy by Sylwia, an extremely competent and friendly member of your staff.

This was well explained clearly so that I full understood the process

Paula was most helpful & made the process very smooth. She & Alfie were very polite & had great communication skills. John & Kevin who moved us made life easy as they knew the form

It was all a really quick and efficient and pleasant process

I am very thankful for the help provided by the staff. We were running a bit late because of heavy traffic, but the staff stayed a bit longer to ensure that we were able to get access to a storage room.

Ana Freitas and Shane North both handled our initial enquiry and booking in with great professionalism. I would rate both these members of staff very highly.

Yesterday, my intention was to do my due diligence by comparing two storage companies and make my decision based on prices/professionalism/security and accessibility; i walked into your store first. Upon arrive a sales representative (who I now know to be Ana Freitas) quickly greeted me and offered her assistance. I explained the above mentioned and Ana talked me through the prices, showed me the container sizes via floor plan and took me view two units. Based solely on Ana attention to detail and knowledge I decided to forgo visiting the other storage company (within 5mins walking distance) and sign a four week contract. Ana also soften my experience by referring to my by name. My employment background is investment banking and currently regional operations manger in the housing sector. The reason I mention this is due to the fact that I was impressed by Ana’s personable manner and attempts to up-sell I.e. bubble wrap (which I purchased), sofa cover and tape. I thought it only right to dedicate time out to complete this form to highlight the positive impact Ana had on my experience yesterday and that she’s a great asset to your organisation.

I can’t commend the store staff enough. They were all friendly, helpful and able to competently deal with my queries through the process.

Really easy for someone like me who are not a native English speaking.
