Lauren was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The whole enquiry and booking were smooth and efficient. I was very impressed. She listened rather than trying to push for any sales pitch. Understood my needs and did not waste any time. I was a walk-in and the staff were friendly and accessible.

Ana and Katarine made me feel comfortable by showing me compassion and kindness. They were very caring and took time to show me everything I needed to know. I was even asked on both my visits if I would like tea, coffee or water! So lovely. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow storage of Wandsworth. They made me smile. 5* rating!
