The enquiry was very easy online was very useful and nice to get a text with the quote. Paula in Wandsworth called me morning of to ask if I needed any more info and when I would be moving in and was very nice. Shane in store was very friendly and helpful and advised me on size of my storage and helped me get the best deal possible which was very nice and somewhat surprising, definitely a step above from Safestore down the road. Overall a very positive customer experience. Moving stuff into storage is never fun and always a bit stressful but the team made it much easier

It was a super easy, especially thanks to Alfie and Shane which made the move in day extremely comfortable and stress free.

Mostly done online eaay to navigate and reserve. Costs were not fully explained felt hidden on the website resulting on move on day, a lot of costs added that were not clearly outlined on the website

Expertly and quickly

When enquiring, the staff were very helpful and took the time to listen to what I needed and what would work best for me. I dealt with Lauren over the phone and email. In store I was helped by Paula, who was very patient with me and took the time to get it right for me and also let me know I can change the size with ease. Everyone was really friendly.

The Big Yellow Team were great in helping me out figure out the best size and offering the best price. On check-in day, Paula, was very nice, efficient and informed me of everything I needed to know. Really great service.

The Wandsworth store team were do helpful and quick! Answered all my queries and were really organised.
