I can’t commend the store staff enough. They were all friendly, helpful and able to competently deal with my queries through the process.

Really easy for someone like me who are not a native English speaking.

yes, all good . Very clear and relatively painless. The only comment I would make is that prices were quoted incl VAT which I applaud as an individual ie no nasty surprise. But when you are dealing with a company that can reclaim the VAT the opposite is true and prices quoted wrongly appear to inflate the price because the assumption is that VAT is due on top of the quoted price. Your staff should enquire whether it is personal or business and quote accirdingly

In short: fantastic. It was instant and the staff were helpful every step of the way. 10/10 service for sure.

Very courteous and helpful staff.

Both Shane and Alfie were great. We changed the move in date a few times but they were always pleasant and understanding. They explained the process very well and were always cheerful when we were talking to them.

Shane was great, he patiently explained guided me on the storage space.

Website very easy to use and helped decision on space needed. Store staff quick to contact me and very helpful when I wished to start storage in advance of my booking date. Very helpful all round.
