I have used storage for the first time and the staff at the big yellow have been so helpful. In particular Shane and Lauren who have guided me with patience and excellent customer care. They even went the extra mile to help me on delivery day which I appreciate so much. Thank you team Wandsworth. Thank you Shane and Lauren.
