Managed the enquiry online, changed the move in date and the team emailed straight back - very prompt service.
I was assisted by Lauren initially who got the ball rolling and booked a room for me. I was then assisted by Anna & Shane who assisted me with other aspects. I also had dealings with Alfie who was very helpful
Very well. The lady who showed me around was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and made it all seem very easy.
I was very happy, everything has been handled professionally, friendly and effectively. I did get very annoyed to be given the opportunity to donate to charity: I am sick and tired to be asked, everywhere, to donate.
Shane and Alfie made this the easiest process. The online booking system was also very easy
Hannah was superb from the onset to handing over the storage unit to be.
My initial booking over the phone was a bit confusing and no email was send but I phoned back and it was all sorted!

I found the website easy to use, staff communicated well and emails/messages were quick and easy to follow. Online booking is a good idea which saves time. We had a lot of pressure on us and ran out of time with the London traffic so were really pleased to find the call staff so helpful and understanding as to our plight. However, once we got into Wandsworth premises, the cherry on the top for us was the delightful Lauren!! She really made the end to our tough day a pleasure. She knew her stuff, was very efficient, dealing with loads of people so that we all went away satisfied. What a STAR and we would like to thank her.
