Great Service! Alfie who served us couldn't have been more friendly and was extremely helpful and made the experience extremely easy

I will treated very well when I got there, which is especially helpful when moving houses

My initial booking was made online which I found extremely easy to use and to navigate. When I arrived to check in I was greeted by Alfie and another team member. Both were extremely friendly and professional and made the whole checking in process as stress free and easy as possible. Alfie even moved my room around to make it easier to access.

Shay was fantastic, well informed and inviting to engage with. Excellent customer rapport. Give this man a raise!

Booking process was really quick and intuitive, very seamless. I was impressed by the level of flexibility and Lauren's helpfulness. She advised I could get away with a smaller space which was great. Just all round really easy and convenient.

Very easy, i received a call from Sylwia confirming the reservation and she helped me complete the form. On arrival she greeted us and even made us all a coffee, i thought that was great and i did not expect this. The whole process was perfect and we are very happy and will recommend Slywia and Alfie to all our friends and family.
