Very helpful customer experience and check in went extremely smoothly and quickly

The customer service is amazing!! Everyone I have dealt with has been so friendly attentive and helpful. Troy in particular at the Wandsworth branch is such a nice guy and so helpful! You rarely find someone who is so passionate about their job and the service they offer.

I contacted BY cold by phone. The person dealing with me was Sadie. She listened carefully to everything. She offered to match my lowest offer. When she did she was so helpful that I took her offer even though it did not include free removal of items for storage. Next day we went to BY Wandsworth and were met by Troy. He was courteous & helpful and really on top of the job. Gave me the first few weeks discount. Made sure everything worked and was what I wanted. Also the location is good & clean & light and very user friendly.

The whole process was a breeze, customer service was impeccable. Any issues were solved easily and Joe made sure that there was nothing to worry about
