It was the customer service from short notice set up over the phone to being met by Troy at the counter.He was brilliant-welcoming, very informative and generally nice guy.I imagine you'll always get a good respone with staff like that.

Great service, although I do think that (although I get 8 weeks at 50% discount) the standard rate of £18 per week for my 15 sq ft unit is expensive. Also, have to say that Troy's customer service was excellent. Cheery demeanour, and very efficient. Cracking job!
Friendly helpful service, everything explained well. Only one member of staff working so had a slight wait. But was offered a seat and a drink and Troy was v polite and helpful

ultimately it was down to both Troy and Joe, the both of them were extremely helpful which made my experience an enjoyable and easy one.
