From the minute I made the enquire to when I came to load the unit to when I left, I felt at home. Charise explained everything to me in perfectly clear and thorough detail making me feel at ease and comfortable and joe made me a delicious coffee as I was feeling a bit tired and stressed due to the big move I was doing!!
