Very helpful staff, clean premises, dry and secure premises, plenty of trollies for moving items to storage room.

I was really happy with how easy the entire process was, and it really helped up in between our house move. Will be doing the same latre this year and will definitely be using Big Yellow.

I like the store because it is easy to access by car - plenty of parking spaces, never had a problem to leave my car outside. Trolleys are there to move your stuff around so I can recommend this store.

I was impressed with the level of service from your staff from our first meeting there. The gentleman that had set up my account was very professional and yet friendly, I was confident that we were being looked after. He is an asset to the company.

I thought service was very good. I would suggest doing the out of hours security check when you sign up as it is a pain to go back and do it later. Happy with everything else.

I would like to say well done to Jo in reception. She has been very helpful as I had to store my personal belongings for two months due to redundancy. I was very concerned as this was a very emotional time in my life and knowing that my personal belongings were in a safe place, I managed to sleep sound at night. You guys do an excellent and are a very service orientated team. Keep up the good work and all the best for 2010! I will sure be spreading the news about Yellow Storage Wandsworth to all my networking friends and business contacts.
