When I first took out my rented space, in March 2008, the staff in the office at Wandsworth Big Yellow were very helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the customer service they gave and would use Big Yellow again as a result.
I was impressed with the security of the storage. I never felt that my goods were in any danger at all. The access arrangements were very clearly exaplined at the start which was useful. I did not realise that I could come and go to access my goods so easily before I entered into the agreement so that was a plus as well.
Stored personal effects for a number of years, had to upgrade once my partner moved in ! It was easy peasy and a very convenient way of keeping our home clutter free !! Always received great customer service, all members of staff I ever dealt with knew their stuff and dealt with my query with ease. Thanks. I now live abroad so long term storage rates were not competitive to stay with you.

I stored my possessions at Big Yellow in Wandsworth for four months and was impressed by the accessibility, security and overall service I received in that time. I would recommend Wandsworth Big Yellow to anyone in need of some storage space.
I am very pleased with the location and the quality of the store environment but it took over an hour to go through the paperwork to rent a 50 sq ft unit. There was only one member of staff working so we were constantly interrupted as other people entered the building and although the member of staff did their best, I had no idea it would take that long. I presume this is a one off though so I would recommend Big Yellow to a friend but would warn them about the paperwork.

Never needed to use this service before, but of necessity (insurance claim) needed to evacuate my sitting room. When room in my local Depot wasn't available I was offered next nearest location alternative which was even cheaper. Helpful, reassuring, trustworthy staff, informative. Never doubted them, gave me every possible refund/special offer which I wasn't expecting due to being Insurance claim. Will definitely use them again.
the service from the staff was great. They guided me through the process and explained that i could have out of hours access which was very important to me. they also were flexible on when i signed up to contract and when i actually loved in.i would definitely recommend this storage unit tom other people and will use again if i am moving house
The lavatory needs redecorating and last time I was there was not very clean
