Compared to storages that I’ve used in North America, I will say that it’s a bit expensive but on the other hand, the facility is extremely clean. It looks brand new. It’s one of the cleanest facilities I’ve used. It is highly secure which I like. The added entry and day facility staff assures me that my items are kept safely. The staff are very friendly, personable and down to earth. I was also very anxious that I had to make an emergency trip up Liverpool and I was unable to come back right away due to health and rail way strikes, Naz was kind enough to keep my items safely for me

The service that we received was both professional and friendly. The storage units are clean and the security aspects appear good.

Help with suggestion a pick up and delivery service (Rapid Removals - who were excellent). Clear & straightforward explanation of facilities and access protocols.

Maz at Wapping store managed to sort my sign up in record time . I had rushed from work in a panic as it was my only chance to sign up and do paperwork Despite being flustered and having limited time Maz was able to explain (in record time but absolutely clearly) how storage would work and all I would need to be aware of. Great customer service , recognising the customer's state of mind/mood and doing best to work with it and still deliver a professional, supportive, and friendly service.
