Very responsive during office hours; WhatsApp was a good feature; unloading was smooth; left licence agreement and finalisation to the day before move and I think this could have been completed a few days earlier to reduce stress
Very easily, didn’t really understand the process but having the team call from the store explained everything very well
Well the initial enquiry was not great, had to kind of semi complain, for the area manager to get involved, step up, and help out with the situation, before I was accepted as a customer. However, once that was sorted, everything went smoothly and I had a very nice, straight forward experience with the store and their manager.
Everybody was really helpful and lovely to deal with. I dealt with Jahimur last Sunday who showed me around. And Mo on Thursday when I checked in and they were both really great. Thank you!
Very good global experience! I had some questions before check in. The chat support was quick and efficent. At the store, I've been welcomed warmly by Muhammad Amodu who explained how does things work. Everything was clear and more secured than I expected for an affordable price. I strongly recommend! Professional and focus on customer satisfaction.

I have to commend Jason Thanni who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process! This is my first time using storage and didn't know what to expect but Jason was great at explaining everything on the phone, securing me the best deal and going through everything on check in day - such a professional and very friendly as well! Clearly someone who is passionate about their work and made the whole customer experience very easy and was so reassuring.
I got a phone call after wanting to make a reservation online but couldn't make the reservation with such long notice. I really appreciated the call and the agent on the line helped me set up my booking and gave me a great rate. The only reason I only give the stress-free part a 6 is because I was bringing very little stuff and there was nothing stressful about the experience to begin with.
