I have to commend Jason Thanni who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process! This is my first time using storage and didn't know what to expect but Jason was great at explaining everything on the phone, securing me the best deal and going through everything on check in day - such a professional and very friendly as well! Clearly someone who is passionate about their work and made the whole customer experience very easy and was so reassuring.

I got a phone call after wanting to make a reservation online but couldn't make the reservation with such long notice. I really appreciated the call and the agent on the line helped me set up my booking and gave me a great rate. The only reason I only give the stress-free part a 6 is because I was bringing very little stuff and there was nothing stressful about the experience to begin with.

Before I went to get my unit, I called Big Yellow Storage three times. First call was helpful, was told unit was available and was told could price match within a 3 mile radius. When I called again (second call after enquiring at other storage co's) was very unhelpful, was told could not price match with a quote I found online, that there was uncertainty with the unit's availability and the call dropped. The third call was great, as the sales rep confirmed that price match was possible and matched the price I found at a nearby storage co. When I went to the Wapping branch to view the unit, the staff member Jaye was great, professional, told us everything there was to know and made it very smooth and easy.

Very helpful, time taken to ensure I understood all entry and exit procedures.
