The customer service was great - the team were quick to respond to any queries I had and then on the day they took me through the whole process. With the special offer it was also good value
Staff was very helpful, particularly Naif Choudhury
On my first visit my room needs were assessed straight away and shown a larger, more suitable room, payment processed quickly, and given a very helpful guided walk-through of accessing the facility by your very friendly employee.
It was handled really well. I've never used a storage unit before but in the wapping branch Jason and Mo were really welcoming and friendly. It was completely stress free and they explained everything so well! I just want to say Thank you So much to Jason and Mo for your help and support :-)
