I was already a customer with Big Yellow Edmonton, and moving day was going to be to Wapping from there. It was quite a hassle thinking about all I have to do in terms of packing and unpacking. However, upon arriving to Wapping I was immediately welcomed by Jason and everything started getting much easier very quickly. He showed me the works and in 5 minutes I was packing things into my storage room. I spent even less time there than at Edmonton, and was done quickly and quite happy with the overall service and although Jason was alone all the time, and there were 5 visitors scattered around and all wanting his assistance, he was able to maintain a calm attitude, and maintained social distancing while making all of us welcome and tended to. I would highly recommend Big Yellow as I have with the previous branch as well!

I thought i was gonna get a 10sq ft room which according to the site should have been 3ftx4ftx8ft and it wasn’t, therefore I had to change to a bigger room since there were no 10sq ft nor 15tt rooms available and therefore pay more. This was quite disrespectful as the store worker told me they sold the space and not the exact measurement written in the webpge. So either state that in your web or dont put measurement because people end up paying more without knowing. Moreover, the staff was kind and trying to give me solutions and I was appreciative of that. But still I think you need to give specific details in your webpage that are not stated. For instance metric measurement which is a global system. Or details on the fact that a padlock is included in the price ( and also mention that we can bring our own).

I have chosen the Big Yellow Wapping and my experience was pretty positive so far. More specifically, I would like to highlight the staff from there, they were incredibly kind and helpful.

I enquired on the website and someone got in touch with me on WhatsApp and they were very helpful from the word go. As my daughter was here in Dubai and could not have been physically present foe the procedure , the staff especially Jaye was very cooperative and guide us very well though the whole thing.

Team was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my requests.

Online form was easy to do. Received a courtesy call to confirm my appointment, spec details and answer questions

It went well, I got a phonecall on the day and got good advice from the sales assistant
