The attitude of the staff is nothing is too much of a problem which is helpful as moving is stressful. Smooth process to check in. Staff friendly and happy. I just moved from access storage in Bermondsey - the manager there is rude grumpy unhelpful so i was happy to move my stuff

I thought my initial enquiry was handled really well. Big yellow got in touch to see if I still wanted to uphold my reservation but they were never pushy in their attitude. They made it very easy to understand how the process worked and were helpful.
