It was Avery smooth process in the initial booking and the staff member at the office was extremely helpful and pleasant.

My initial inquiry was exceptionally well handled with detailed information and extreme care

Before I went to get my unit, I called Big Yellow Storage three times. First call was helpful, was told unit was available and was told could price match within a 3 mile radius. When I called again (second call after enquiring at other storage co's) was very unhelpful, was told could not price match with a quote I found online, that there was uncertainty with the unit's availability and the call dropped. The third call was great, as the sales rep confirmed that price match was possible and matched the price I found at a nearby storage co. When I went to the Wapping branch to view the unit, the staff member Jaye was great, professional, told us everything there was to know and made it very smooth and easy.

Very helpful, time taken to ensure I understood all entry and exit procedures.

Too expensive however price matched instantly when presented with competitor quote

The person who helped me yesterday between 2 and 2:30PM was very helpful. Great customer support.
