The Sales Associates were extremely helpful and efficient. They were really interested in understanding my personal situation and in finding the best solution for you. The Facilities are also really well set up - everything is clearly labelled. It just gives a feeling as if my possessions are in good hands.

Jason was extremely helpful in providing information related to my booking. He and the company were also very flexible to work around my needs. Excellent customer service all round

On my first visit my room needs were assessed straight away and shown a larger, more suitable room, payment processed quickly, and given a very helpful guided walk-through of accessing the facility by your very friendly employee.

It was handled really well. I've never used a storage unit before but in the wapping branch Jason and Mo were really welcoming and friendly. It was completely stress free and they explained everything so well! I just want to say Thank you So much to Jason and Mo for your help and support :-)
