I made the equiry and moved into my storage container within a matter of hours. The process was so easy and made even easier by Jason at the Wapping store who is so kind and helpful!

Very straightforward. I liked being able to do most things online to make it quicker on the day. My questions were handled well and quickly.

The store member Jason was great. However upon booking it was not clear that the full 8 weeks needed to be paid upfront and I didn’t receive a call or email to outline this.

Perhaps over explained/talked too much when they called with the initial quote but were very helpful.
