Staff were nice and helpful, storage space is clean and fits our needs, but the fees are not made clear enough on the website. We had compared many different storage companies and decided to go with Big Yellow because we thought we didn't need to pay a month in advance (we are only storing for a week), like in all the other ones. Turns out we did need to do that but it's just not as clear on your website as on other websites which leads me to believe that other companies are equally good or even better. Yes, we will get a refund, but that can take up to 5 days which is just an annoyance to our lives.

As mentioned in my last feedback, The service that I have continued to receive from yellow box in what he has continually managed to match my expectations. Both from Birjal and also Jason who checked in my unit, arrange my contract and all was sorted within 15 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for anything more as they knew the answer to all of the questions that I’ve asked them
