I have dealt with Alan who has been extremely helpful and polite. He has discussed all of the options available to me. I required the storage for a house move and the flexibility with the start dates and being able to reserve so far in advance has been a great help.

Greeted by name as l walked in to office . Alan was very helpful and made me a very welcome coffee. He knew exactly what l had arranged over the phone ie bank details for direct debit. Was most clear about payments and was most efficient . I felt reassured that l had come to a well organized and secure storage unit.

The sevic from start to finish as excellnt..the removal firm was efficent..feiendly..prof..and went the extra miles..nothing was too much trouble they werd so reassuring.Armadillo was exactly the same..one felt that together you were in a safe pair of handsThank you.

Right from getting my online quote to moving in my experience has been excellent. I dealt with Alan on my move in day + he was very professional + helpful. I would definitely use the storage again..

The lady at the store was very helpful when she realised the website had misquoted asking if I wanted an out of hours key for entry which I did but it quoted for an upper level storage! She discounted the ground floor option to get nearer to the misquoted pricing for the 50m sq storage option. She then showed me which door to gain entry out of hours, how to input number (checked it worked), and gave gate details. Happily I felt the knowledge was sufficient, I then went on to use it the same evening with ease. I have used the competitors Safestore before and Armadillo trolleys were far superior. I won't use safestore when I can use Armadillo obviously depending on pricing etc.. I was given a drink of coffee whilst doing the paperwork, ah lovely. Thanks for an enjoyable easy experience.
