Nadine on front desk was friendly welcoming and very helpful in explaining all information given step by step to the point a child could of understood it all and explaining the rules as well as giving walk through of how to get to units and how security on site works. That's the kind of people you'd want representing a company or face of company if you will that a customer deals with.
