The lady at the store was very helpful when she realised the website had misquoted asking if I wanted an out of hours key for entry which I did but it quoted for an upper level storage! She discounted the ground floor option to get nearer to the misquoted pricing for the 50m sq storage option. She then showed me which door to gain entry out of hours, how to input number (checked it worked), and gave gate details. Happily I felt the knowledge was sufficient, I then went on to use it the same evening with ease. I have used the competitors Safestore before and Armadillo trolleys were far superior. I won't use safestore when I can use Armadillo obviously depending on pricing etc.. I was given a drink of coffee whilst doing the paperwork, ah lovely. Thanks for an enjoyable easy experience.

Alan who was with me through the whole process was very helpful,he was really patient when explain the details of the terms and conditions but made it very interesting,he was very chatty and has great sense of humour,overall very good customer service skills
