Friendly helpful staff. The lockups were clean. There were lots of trolleys to help. Security is impressive. with helpful advice.

Check in was straightforward, and Shev and Mark were very friendly and helpful. Shev offered us a different storage locker to the one I initially booked, which was more suitable for us.

From the initial online booking to the in person check in process the arrangements were smooth and flawless. On arrival to check in, I was greeted by the ever cheerful and efficient Leanna who managed my changed requirements effortlessly and professionally. I had experienced a similar high level of customer service during a previous period of storage in 2021.

Very friendly and helpful service. Mark welcomed us and was able to find us a room closer to the entrance on the ground floor which made a huge difference to our unloading time. He also made us a hot drink and explained everything really clearly. Would definitely recommend.
