The staff at the Watford branch are brilliant. We've had to take our daughters when we have checked in and out before, and they have been amazingly engaging with them. The staff are friendly and helpful.

On arrival to check in, I was greeted by the ever cheerful and efficient Leanna who managed my changed requirements effortlessly and professionally. I had experienced a similar high level of customer service during a previous period of storage in 2021.

Very friendly and helpful service. Mark welcomed us and was able to find us a room closer to the entrance on the ground floor which made a huge difference to our unloading time. He also made us a hot drink and explained everything really clearly. Would definitely recommend.
