The staff member was fantastic and really made us feel comfortable using a storage facility for the first time.

It was a very easy process, and I have been impressed by both Learna and Akos. Their explanations and responses to my various needs were clear and encouraging, and although my needs were not in fact difficult I felt welcome as a customer.

Akos served me at the Big Yellow, Watford store and he was excellent. Very efficient, clear in explaining how the store works and very helpful. He provided an excellent service all round.

It was handled very well. Was a way easyer than i thought it will be. Akos and Learna handled it in Watford. The explaination of the whole process and the details were customer friendly and professional at the same time. I did not feel i have to watch out for traps in the contract. On the day i moved in (different day than i checked in) i arrived few minutes before closeing and asked for a forklift service..Akos was still very friendly and did the service quckly and safely even if i was probably holding him up in his work of closeing down the storage. Learna asked if i would like a coffe and actually she made one for me. I am more than happy with the service and will recomend Big Yellow to everyone. If the staff is as quality everywhere as in Watford, than Big Yellow is the best self storage available..
