Very happy with the service

very helpful, found it easy to use, but still find it pretty expensive

Staff have been really friendly. Explained everything clearly. And were happy to answer ALL of my questions! So far so Good! Love taht I can get a refund on any days taht I don't end up using.

Staff at the venue were lovely and professional. All the information given over the phone was accurate on pricing, insurance and padlock. Very quick at responding to queries would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

The lady i initially felt with on the phone was really good. When I arrived at the storage unit the staff where really accedating. A lady called Tina was amazing, offered me tea and hurried my request along because she could see I had a small baby.

Staff friendly, efficient and very helpful. Check-in procedure smooth and simple. Storage facility perfect.
