Not sure how a storage facility could be better. Clean, well-lit, secure, and great variety of room sizes. Incredibly helpful, responsive staff - from the manager Mark right through the whole team. Have rented from them multiple times, always with the same outstanding experience.

I’ve had a storage unit here for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience from the start. The staff—especially Leona and Mark—are always so helpful and welcoming. It really makes a difference when you’re dealing with people who are friendly and genuinely care. I’ve never had any problems, but on the rare occasion something comes up, they’re quick to sort it out with no fuss. The whole process has always been easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a safe, reliable, and well-run storage facility with great customer service, I’d definitely recommend this place. I've had a storage unit at the Big Yellow Self Storage in Watford since 2023 after moving homes. The whole team there have always been kind, helpful and friendly on every visit (big shout out to Learna! Always there with a friendly smile whenever I had questions!) I had no trouble when I also changed unit sizes half way through using the service, and the team were able to explain to me how easy the process would be! Thank you to the Team at Watford! Will definitely recommend to any friends doing a move!
