When I was selecting a store and size of cabin the staff were very helpful and have continued to be so when ever I have had a question. The site itself is very secure and easy to reach and I feel very confidant that my property is in very safe hands whilst in your store and whould certainly use your facitities again and recomend it to friends who need such facilities
I found the staff extremely helpful and was able to get access to my personal belongings whenever I needed to. I would definately store with them again and recommend to friends.
My wife and I took out a storage space with Big Yellow because our modern property just doesn't give us the storage space we need. Big Yellow made things so easy to setup and for us to access to get to our things as and when we need them. We don't know what we would do without them now.
Don't hesitate to use this storage place. The staff will explain everything to you. Good choice of room sizes. It's expensive if used for long-term storage, but flexible (1 week notice). Be careful if you think you'll leave stuff in only for a month - you'll probably end up having it there for 6 months! And that's where Big Yellow make the money Can't recommend the staff highly enough, they will always sort out any issues, or uncertainty that you have.
The first space was too small but it was easy to change to a larger unit still on the ground floor. A few problems with the initial direct debit being set up, for some reason it took more than 4 weeks which meant we then appeared to be defaulting our payment. Once that was sorted the whole experience was very smooth and the staff were great.
The staff at the Watford store were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional and helpful, explaining everything that was needed to store items. They were also able to provide help with the Fort Lift, which also made the process much easier.
I had thought Watford big yellow would be dismal, difficult and stressful so arrived with a little trepidation. I found it to be well organised, clean and easy to access. The staff were well informed and helpful. The one downside was that there could have been more trolleys available. I like the fact that my possessions are stored beautifully and safely.
Clean and friendly enviroment. Very Helpful staff, professional and friendly. However, the recent 15% price hike is making this long-term storage option look less and less competitive. My only suggestion for this (and other stores) would be to have much better lighting in each of the levels. Some of the storage rooms are positively dark !
Store was convenient for me at the time Very friendly Staff always willing to help and always offered the best options available. Wasnt to impressed by the 4 week billing period as this meant that the DD/Billing date was never known. Because I considered it as an additional room to my apartment, it would have been easier if my opinion to tight to my monthly rent due date. Say for example; Rent + Big yellow payment was due on the 25th of each month. Oh and one more thing, That young Lady, Heather (Watford) was brilliant at her job. preserving her for science would be a good idea so that you could have a Heather clone at each of your stores.
Great if you need a short term location for storage. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable (a freshing change compared to some retailers). Can work out quite costly if you need it over an extended period.
