The staffs are always nice and helpfull, nice and clean enviroment. It is would be nice to give some price reduce or discount for long terrm customers not just for new costumers. It nice to win a new costumers also pain to loose one. thanks , Bye
Whilst I was happy with the Big Yellow experience I have been left somewhat aggrieved by a local removal company recommended by Big Yellow Watford. Primarily due to your in-house recommendation I used a company and whilst the move was conducted most satisfactorily they have been unwilling to provide a receipt/invoice which I need for my tax return.
Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable knowing what size was required.
We have rented units from several different locations and without exception the helpfulness of the staff has been incredible no matter where the store is. I went to another store last weekend (not where we are currently renting from) and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The young man that served me even helped me load my car with the boxes that I had just bought.
Downsizing can be a great headache as most will still move with too much for the new house! Storage means that you can take your time deciding what you really want to keep and what must go!

When I was selecting a store and size of cabin the staff were very helpful and have continued to be so when ever I have had a question. The site itself is very secure and easy to reach and I feel very confidant that my property is in very safe hands whilst in your store and whould certainly use your facitities again and recomend it to friends who need such facilities
I had thought Watford big yellow would be dismal, difficult and stressful so arrived with a little trepidation. I found it to be well organised, clean and easy to access. The staff were well informed and helpful. The one downside was that there could have been more trolleys available. I like the fact that my possessions are stored beautifully and safely.
Store was convenient for me at the time Very friendly Staff always willing to help and always offered the best options available. Wasnt to impressed by the 4 week billing period as this meant that the DD/Billing date was never known. Because I considered it as an additional room to my apartment, it would have been easier if my opinion to tight to my monthly rent due date. Say for example; Rent + Big yellow payment was due on the 25th of each month. Oh and one more thing, That young Lady, Heather (Watford) was brilliant at her job. preserving her for science would be a good idea so that you could have a Heather clone at each of your stores.
Clean and friendly enviroment. Very Helpful staff, professional and friendly. However, the recent 15% price hike is making this long-term storage option look less and less competitive. My only suggestion for this (and other stores) would be to have much better lighting in each of the levels. Some of the storage rooms are positively dark !
