Reception/check in guys were really polite and very welcoming.

Clients should be able to access their unit during out of office hours and not be expected to pay extra.

The staff were clear and helpful. The whole process was straightforward and didn't take as long as I thought it might. The facility is cool, clean, and easy to navigate.

Kuda and Romana were excellent - they were helpful, professional and kept in touch throughout the process.

All 3 members of staff at the reception, Ramona, Kujo and Daniel were friendly, helpful and polite.

Ramona was extremely helpful and patient. her friendly smile and genuinely nice personality was reassuring and she explained everything very clearly through conversations by phone, email quotes and in person , I did not feel pressured or rushed and achieved the perfect storage solution.

It was a good experience, and the facilities are good, and the customer service was excellent, however the whole procedure is complicated and time consuming
