Gaby on the phone and Aaron in the store were both really helpful and very friendly.

They were willing to be flexible on price against competitors, namely StorageMart Hersham and beat their price. Also, the lady who signed me in Gaby was very friendly, helpful and positive. Lastly the rooms have high ceilings, which emabled me to fully make use of the floor space.

Remi and Gaby the customer care team there could not have been more welcoming and efficient. They were helpful, informed and really wanted to give me the best experience and advice for my storage needs. I needed to make a change to the size of unit and my accessibility at the last minute both areas were handled effortlessly and with what felt like my best interests at heart. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Great customer services, I was shown around the building before completing and everything was clearly explained, honesty and good advice was offered also.
