Remi and Gaby the customer care team there could not have been more welcoming and efficient. They were helpful, informed and really wanted to give me the best experience and advice for my storage needs. I needed to make a change to the size of unit and my accessibility at the last minute both areas were handled effortlessly and with what felt like my best interests at heart. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Great customer services, I was shown around the building before completing and everything was clearly explained, honesty and good advice was offered also.

LEE the manager was extremely helpful, under difficult circumstances for us, he calmed the situation down & made it all a very comfortable situation. He is an absolute star!

Everything went very smoothly and the whole process is simple and effective. The staff were very helpful and friendly on reception and throughout the check In process. The location is also very good for us and easy to access .

Not overly push sales tactics, returned my phone call as promised and Gabby was keen to price match on the storage unit I wanted. The day of my checking in, the person at the reception, Lee, was very prompt in dealing with me.
