Good friendly service

Not overly push sales tactics, returned my phone call as promised and Gabby was keen to price match on the storage unit I wanted. The day of my checking in, the person at the reception, Lee, was very prompt in dealing with me.

The team were really helpful, polite and very informative. They were very knowledgable which helped me to make an informed decision.

The process for renting storage space was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. All the necessary facilities were available for moving items of furniture into the storage area. Access times are very convenient, and the overall security was good.

I would have scored higher if the Armadillo Insurance was competitive without having to price compare. Armadillo £ 8.50 per week v £ 6.60 at insurastore ! However you did price match.

The two staff members I talked to remi and gaby were very friendly and polite and professional. The 8 is because it's clean and sercure but a bit expensive

The staff were very attentive and personable, without being over-zealous. Both the manager Lee and his member of staff were a delight to do business with.
