I found the staff very helpful who explained everything in great detail.

It was a very good service from my initial enquiry to the final booking.

The process for renting storage space was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. All the necessary facilities were available for moving items of furniture into the storage area. Access times are very convenient, and the overall security was good.

I would have scored higher if the Armadillo Insurance was competitive without having to price compare. Armadillo £ 8.50 per week v £ 6.60 at insurastore ! However you did price match.

The two staff members I talked to remi and gaby were very friendly and polite and professional. The 8 is because it's clean and sercure but a bit expensive

The staff were very attentive and personable, without being over-zealous. Both the manager Lee and his member of staff were a delight to do business with.

I found that Lee was very clear and upfront with everything and was happy with the level of service. He showed me verious rooms and and where and how to access them. Good work Lee thanks

The staff where incredibly professional yet friendly and told me exactly what I needed to know, I was very impressed with the facilities and tour they provided. Lee/Remi/Gabbi where fantastic!
