Mariola was highly professional, extremely helpful and had a great sense of humour which made the whole experience of checking in a pleasure. Excellent service.
Service is truly amazing here! From my first call to my check in today with Mariola, everyone in the team went above and beyond to make sure the process is smooth and efficient. I really appreciated the kindness the team radiate especially as moving/storing is quite a stressful time.

The service was exceptional. I was given a cup of coffee from Eden! To comfort me and she spoke about my distress. Eden was very warm and welcoming. Maviola, was very warm funny and friendly and very empathetic and understanding. Kalu, was very friendly and welcoming! The biscuits and coffee were nice and so was the service! -Leanne-

Dear Yellow Storage, I have had a storage unit with you for over a year and I must say I have always received a great level of customer service from ur staff.
