My experience today at the big yellow storage centre was great. I was welcomed and checked in by Mariola who was very friendly and helpful. She gave me helpful advice about the storage rooms so i could choose the best one for me. Very good service

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. All questions answered, clear pricing. Very friendly staff which makes the experience a lot better. Accepting all our deliveries and keeping us informed when they arrived is perfect, the deliveries is our business so this service really helps. I came back to Big Yellow west norwood with an urgent storage problem and they couldn't have been more helpful. They helped me find a storage solution, explained my options and made sure I was all good. I was helped by Mike and a lady who’s name i didn’t catch (i came in around 3pm and she was sat next to Mike) but both of them were absolutely fantastic and customer service that good deserves recognition.
