The experience was totally fine in terms of fulfilling my needs/ easy to get to storage etc. But please, PLEASE, stop trying to upsell your insurance and boxes when I explicitly said on at least 5/6 occasions that I didn't need it and I had my own. The online chat and the man in the shop still put the insurance through when he read out the price - I DID NOT NEED!
