Customer reviews for West Norwood Self Storage

A fantastic service provided by Mariola. Very much appreciated and would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using Big Yellow West Norwood for several years, and it has consistently met all my storage needs. The facility offers a wide range of storage options, with spacious units and easy access throughout. It’s always clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mariola, who is exceptionally professional and always willing to go the extra mile

Service is truly amazing here! From my first call to my check in today with Mariola, everyone in the team went above and beyond to make sure the process is smooth and efficient. I really appreciated the kindness the team radiate especially as moving/storing is quite a stressful time.

Mariola was highly professional, extremely helpful and had a great sense of humour which made the whole experience of checking in a pleasure. Excellent service.
