Really helpful and friendly staff - patient with all my questions

They made moving (a potentially stressful experience) as smooth as could be. The contract is clear, prices seem fair to me and the cherry on top is the staff who is truly exceptional. Thank you Mariola and Mike!

The service was exceptional. I was given a cup of coffee from Eden! To comfort me and she spoke about my distress. Eden was very warm and welcoming. Maviola, was very warm funny and friendly and very empathetic and understanding. Kalu, was very friendly and welcoming! The biscuits and coffee were nice and so was the service! -Leanne-

Dear Yellow Storage, I have had a storage unit with you for over a year and I must say I have always received a great level of customer service from ur staff. I had to downsize my storage today, due to the recent price increase and managed to do this quickly and efficiently with the help from Kalu, he sorted my requirements and answered my questions quickly and effectively. The experience was totally fine in terms of fulfilling my needs/ easy to get to storage etc. But please, PLEASE, stop trying to upsell your insurance and boxes when I explicitly said on at least 5/6 occasions that I didn't need it and I had my own. The online chat and the man in the shop still put the insurance through when he read out the price - I DID NOT NEED!

Hayden was very friendly and showed me around the place. Answered all my questions.
