The whole process from start to finish was excellent. All questions answered, clear pricing. Very friendly staff which makes the experience a lot better. Accepting all our deliveries and keeping us informed when they arrived is perfect, the deliveries is our business so this service really helps. Shout out to Mariola, Eden and Mike whose service is amazing! Thank you.
Great storage and service by Mariola and Eden. Recommended if you need any storage in the West Norwood area.
Complicated transfer but Gemma made great efforts to avoid unfair pricing.
Mariola was super helpful and cheerful in what can be quite a stressful situation. Great storage space.
I came back to Big Yellow west norwood with an urgent storage problem and they couldn't have been more helpful. They helped me find a storage solution, explained my options and made sure I was all good. I was helped by Mike and a lady who’s name i didn’t catch (i came in around 3pm and she was sat next to Mike) but both of them were absolutely fantastic and customer service that good deserves recognition.
Really great friendly service. Straight forward to book and our lockup is secure. Also better value for money than their competitors.
Great experience at the Big Yellow Storage, smooth check in and the team were really accommodating and let us choose between different rooms. Thank you!
