Excellent service. Mariola assisted and set up the entire arrangement for me, and she has been super helpful to ensure that I am comfortable and feel secured in storing at Big Yellow.
The website was really clear from the start and made it easy to understand. Upon arrival, Mariola was amazing at explaining everything and ensuring we understood the best options for us. She even moved us to another storage unit to a lower level. Mariola was easy to talk to and incredibly nice throughout the whole process on top of being highly professional.
Customer service was great Gemma on the phone (with negotiating the rate), and to Mariola and Eden in store on the check in day. Everything was well explained and super efficient. Excellent!
The check-in process was impeccable. Very professional, patient and super clear. The staff (Walu looked after me) were patient and very helpful determine the storage, showing me around and talking me through the process and pricing.

Really prompt replying and descriptions of the various stages involved and "how it works". Front desk reception crucial, Gemma, Eden and Marianne have been excellent and on site I was delighted with the down to earth and informed helpful nature of Gemma which put me right at ease.
