Very helpful and friendly staff

Extremely helpful service on the phone initially, from Helen at the West Norwood store, then with Natalie. Information all very clear and the best value for money I found. Also advice about size of the unit needed was perfect.

Based on the service I received as well as it being reasonably priced. The actual complex is very secure.

Natalie was warm and friendly, totally understanding about the stress of moving house and did her best to be thorough but also quick (movers were being paid by the hour).

From the first phone call to your branch the customer service received was outstanding! Paula and her team have been extremely helpful and went over and beyond my expectations. Paula has kept me informed all along the way and has been a helping hand in every situation. Communication was easy and I've always received answers swiftly. I can't speak highly enough of the Paula!

Efficient, clear and best price.

Super helpful over the phone while booking, giving detailed and comprehensive quotes. Went beyond to ensure a smooth process and did not hide any additional fees. Even honestly compared quotes with competitors. Put us in touch with a moving company to assist with transporting the furniture to be stored. Karen and Paula were especially attentive on the day.

The staff were amazing. Paula, Olly, Charise and Karen were brilliant, accommodating and very patient. They answered all my queries quickly and efficiently and check in was very pleasant.

Clean storage throughout the whole site I viewed, very friendly staff and efficient sign up process. Felt confident in the security of the site and convenient hours.
