Friendly staff, good service, adequate equipment/facilities. Frustrated by hidden costs... feel ripped off by unknown insurance plus other costs.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Ollie was brilliant in making sure we had everything we needed leading up to the move in day and Paula was very friendly and helpful in getting us checked in making everything run smoothly. They were both a pleasure and would recommend this particular storage facility based on how well we were treated.

Excellent customer service

Due to the brilliant customer service from Paula, Karen and Oliver. They are extremely attentive and made the process so effortless. I have used a few storage places and never received the level of service I have had from this team.
