Very good, professional service from the agents, in particular the manager Michelle. Also the information online as well; user friendly. Oli also friendly and accommoding. The reason for a 7 score, it is expensive to use your access storage.

Ease of booking. Staff (Karen & Laura) were well informed and helpful. Facilities were clean.

Very easy from start to finish and good use of online systems for check in etc
