Excellent customer service at the store.

The member of staff on entrance was incredibly helpful and friendly (even at 8AM) - he went out of his way to make sure that i had all the information i needed and even went as far as running out to help me when struggling to take a heavy sofa out of my van. Give that guy a raise!

Both the in store guys were very helpful, Anton help close the deal and showed good knowledge and customer care skills. My only disappointment was that when I spoke with Alex on the phone is that he didn't inform me I would be paying the whole upfront amount, which would of been nice to know in advance

The service from start to finish was just superb. I cannot find a fault if I tried. I was helped by an assistant named Grace at the Norwood branch. She was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.
